Introduction

Yao Weixin is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Glorious Sun School of Business & Management, Donghua University. He received his doctoral degree from Fudan University. His research interests include E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, and the regulations on Cross-border Flow of Data. He has led or participated in more than 20 projects, published over 40 papers, and authored two textbooks (one of which won the Shanghai Municipal Award for Excellent Textbooks). He also serves part-time as a member of the Ministry of Education’s E-commerce Pedagogy Steering Committee and Vice Chairman of the National E-commerce Digital Education Development Alliance. His main courses have successively received the Shanghai High-Quality Course and National First-Class Course awards.
