INTRODUCTION

Dr. Nanzhi Xue, lecturer and Master's Supervisor of Glorious Sun School of Management, Donghua University. She is mainly engaged in theoretical and empirical research on corporate finance and capital market. Dr. Xue received her Ph.D. in Financial Management from Xiamen University in 2021. She visited University of Toronto in 2021 and ESCP (Paris) in 2014. Dr. Xue has published articles on "Economic Research" and "Accounting Research". Dr. Xue has presided the Youth Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Program of Philosophy and Social Science Foundation Project of Shanghai and Shanghai Municipal People's Government Policy Consulting Research.
