INTRODUCTION

Dr. Changkui Liu is an associate professor in Glorious Sun School of Business & Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant of China, a Senior Member of the Chinese Accounting Society, and a Director of the Shanghai Accounting Society. Currently, he is the Assistant Dean of Glorious Sun School of Business & Management. His teaching and research interests include financial accounting and corporate governance.
