INTRODUCTION

Cao Haisheng is a teacher in Management school of Donghua University. He is not only a senior Network Marketing Expert certified by China Communication Industry Association, but also a Mobile Internet Design Trainer certified by the education management information center of China Ministry of Education,   as well as an E-Commerce Professional Qualification Appraisal Evaluation Expert of Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau. Over years, he has focused on the enterprise E-Commerce operation strategy research and E-Commerce higher education talent cultivation, combined the latest development with teaching, got widely welcome from students. Students'  teams guided by him won many prizes in the provincial and national competitions. So he has been named as ' my ideal teacher ", "the most favorite teacher" by students. His original "Class Like Enterprise" teaching method are so popular that his students often put up their hands like a forest to ask and answer when in class, and make  long queues to dicuss with teacher after class.
