INTRODUCTION

Prof. Zengrui Tian is the Ph.D. of Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. She is born in Xinxiang of Henan province in January 1962. She also is a member of Systems Engineering Society of China Dynamics Professional Committee Management Committee, having long been engaged in innovation and venture capital research. While presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Fund, a number of provincial and ministerial issues, she has been published more than 40 academic papers at home and abroad core journals and three monographs. In 2008, she won the National Development and Reform Commission scientific research third prize. She has presided over more than 10 large and medium-sized enterprise management consulting, the completion of the Shanghai venture capital development strategy research under the new situation, venture investment policy research and many other issues. What’s more she has ten years of government economic management department work experience, Northwest Trust and Investment Company investment bank and Venture capital working experience and the successful operation of more than 20 enterprises mergers and acquisitions. She won the "excellent entrepreneurial guidance teacher" title for guiding students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities and to start a successful business.
